If your chair doesn't provide the comfort you expected, our team is here to assist with a seamless return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the chair and place all components, hardware, and manuals back into the original shipping box to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
